The knowledge gained during the consultancy process becomes proprietary to the client: a project succeeds only if the client can follow up, and improve on it independently. Our objectives are fully aligned with those of the client, thanks to our “success fee” formula, which assures a total respect of their corporate values and guarantees a medium-term perspective.
